The Alzheimer’s Association offers reliable resources, support and information to all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementia, including our 24/7 Helpline (1-800-272-3900) staffed by master’s level clinicians and specialists, support groups and educations programs, online information and resources at alz.org and Alzheimer’s Association TrialMatch®.
Alzheimer's Association Caregiver Conference
Tennessee has over 361,000 unpaid caregivers caring for their loved ones living with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia. This Caregiver Conference with 200-300 attendees provides an opportunity to visit with caregivers in an informal setting to share and learn from each other.
Walk to End Alzheimer’s®
These 600 events across the country are the “largest support group of the year”. Family, friends, and those with Alzheimer’s gather to support each other and the search for a cure. The event consists of a powerful Promise Garden Ceremony, a short walk, refreshments, and activities. Visit here for more information.
The Longest Day®
The Longest Day is the Day with the most light – the summer solstice. And it’s the day the Alzheimer’s Association® calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease by raising funds and awareness for care, support and research.
